we established the NGO called Encouragement of Products for Innocent Children (EPIC). the reason why we made the NGO is that our survey that we conducted before suggested that there are few chances to contribute to this problem. therefore, we decided to establish the NGO which offer casual chances of contribution to everyone.

Post hoc, ergo propter hoc
I considered this issue on the basis of upper words.
The upper word is the word that means the fallacious claim, or assumption that because A occured after B, B must have been the cause of A.
There are some refferences like this, I suspect that we should believe those info because of the simple reasoning.
The colored people tend to have been seen as the inferior races. And the discrimination against those people, especially against black people is deeply rooted, continuing and will be never disappeared as long as there are differences of skin colors. the custom have been inherited from generation to generation. And even now, there are many children suffering from being forced to work regardless of their wills because of the deep rooted stereotypes. So the old custom must be the cause of colored people.

children in developed country bought many boxes of chocolates. after that, the number of child labourers working in a cacao plantation were increased. therefore, we can think that buying chocolates must have been the cause of increasing of child labourers there.

My Recommendation of the Podcast
i recommend to you one of the podcast. the title of it is the Inside Story - HD ILO: Eliminate child labour.
this video is made by the International Labour Organization. the ILO is a kind of organization which i introduced before when i posted as an example of a good site. the organization has an accomplishment against an elimination of child labor.
a good point of the podcast is that there are many opinions from four different countries, Pakistan, Janeva, Islamabad and London. after you understand basic information about the present condition of child labor, you can clearly know conditions and opinions relating to what we should do against this problem. in this pod cast, they said that one of the problem is a domestic work.

the video shows us how many people depend on child work force. there are many types of situation according to the video. the concept that i try to explain to everyone is "anecdotal evidence". this describes an proof that is based on a limited number of reported experience and observations., and then make a logical inference based on that observation. watch the video and then continue reading.

generally, we incline to think the age of child laborer's are 8-15 years old, but actually, it's not true. according to the BBC news, 166 million children out of 200 million children who work are under 14 years old including 5 years old. for second inference, there are parents who don't work arbitrarily because children can work enough to live, according to another video. therefore, the first and the second are incorrect information by anecdotal evidences. the information is incorrect because it is based on only one video. we need to observe more. the third inference is reliable because i understood that government tries to do so according to a good site which is proved to be a good one in a class last week. we have to care not to have misinterpretation and misunderstanding by anecdotal evidences.

Various opinions to child labor
There are some people who agree with child labor. They say that they agree with it on some accounts. They are saying that for these reasons. First, it is ok in the case that it is safe, there is no abuse, and it is for a good purpose. Second, child labor is fine as long as the children haven't developed phisical problems, still get reasonable educations, have a clean work environment, and the employer is not abusive. Third, it is not a problem if children aren't forced to do the work and have free time. More than anything else, child labor is acceptable if the children themselves enjoy their works as the labor.
However, even if there is no condition like those any more, it is not possible to avoid a problem like child labor in the third world countries because there, they work just to survive. if they stop working, then not only the child but also his family will be affected. So in those countries, it is not easy problem for them to be against the idea of child labor. For example, child labor in Bangladish cannot be stopped. This is due to the lack of financial aid. And also, their parents don't even have the capabilities to buy food and clothes, or give primary educations to their child. Child labor is necessary, otherwise, how are they going to survive?
On the other hand, there is a person who say that whether we are for or against child labor, depends on our definitions of child labor. If it is simple chores, then I believe youngsters should undergo such training for their adulthood. However, if you are talking about miners and phisical labors, then I strongly disagree. Not only does that limit the for the kids to become historical figures, it also changes their mind and psychology. For example, they will see adults as "rapists, psychopaths, abusing and unfair". You see, people who are greedy and prefer prohit than people's lives, will choose children and female workers than males. Why? It is clear. The female and children are easier to control and to force to do phisical labor. Also, it is hard for them to enforce bigger wages. Overall, child labor is another definition of "stupidity".
I honestly think that children should really get the opportunity to live and have a childhood. I don't believe that children should work at a young age. They should concentrate on school works and school-related activities so that they can form their individual behaviors and identities before deciding on who they are and what they want to do with their lives. So I disagree.

Zarah Jamal is an enterprise-risk consultant. She was born in Montreal of Pakistani immigrants. From now on, i'll introduce her opinion.
Child labor should be protected, not banned. It's easy to say that children should be in school and educated, but some if we banned labor itself, other serious problems will be occurred. For example, theft, drag trafficking and hunger. It is because children and thier family managed to live with little money children have gained that day especially in India, Pakistan, Niger, Cambodia or any number of other Third World countries. If there are no wages of children, it create danger to death because of no money.
The instinctive reaction is to support an end to child labour, but on a deeper level we need to ask ourselves whether a ban merely opens the door to other unintended consequences. People who easily says that we have to eliminate child labor don't understand actual situation of children. What we have to do is just helping them learn English. for example, we open up many more opportunities for them as they grow up. To create such oppotunities lead to the next stage for the country and children themselves.

Secondly, i'll introduce opinion that is completely disagree against child labor. I'll introduce opinion of Dave Neil, who is the Iowa Labor Commissioner, from an article of NY times. Iowa is a kind of state which was found numbers of child labor.
State labor invetigators have identified 57under-age workers who were employed at a kosher meatpacking plant, and have asked the attorney to bring criminal charges against the company. Since we found these kinds of issue at present, we have to clamp down child labor by law. Children worked at the plant included children who made work in prohibited occupations, exposing them to hazardous chemicals and making prohibited tools like knives or saws.
Maybe more children are working over our expectation, because most chidren were hired by a false documents. I urged Tom Miller, who is the Iowa attorney general to prosecure to the full extent of the law.
I think Iowa law requires employers to make an extra effort to determine the date of birth of workers who could be minors, including asking for a birth certificate or other official proof of age. That is a tip for elimination of child labor.

･I agree with her idea of excluding child labor because all the children in the world who work unwillingly or not have the right to learn a lot of things, such as the importance of achieving something with friends and how to act in public in schools.

My opinion about child labor
Hi, everyone. I'm very glad to be able to post here.
I chose the topic of child labor because i was impressed by friend's presentation in my class. the reason why I'm inters ted in the topic is that i think child labor is one of the world problem. the issue should be thought more seriously.
Actually, I learned and searched about child labor in my high school days. I saw some video and movies at that time and then I was shocked at the fact. After I researched it, I became more interested in the issue. through this blog, I would like to communicate with many people and exchange information and ideas.
in my opinion, I disagree with child labor even if children have any reason. I think we have to make an effort to offer a better situation which children live without labor.
because I'm interested in their situations and solution for this problem, so i would like to search more detail information especially difficulties for solution of the problem.

Hi:) I am so interested in the issues about child labor. I have known that there are numerous problems about it all over the world since I had learned about it when I was a junior high school student.
I think there are more problems occurred arround child labors than the problem of child labor itself. So I would like to investigate and post it more on this blog.
Of course, I am against making children labor. I guess that there may be racial problems around this issue. And the children who are labor all the time from their births may be taking it granted to work as labor. I think it is similar to the problems of slave in past America.
