our NGO

we established the NGO called Encouragement of Products for Innocent Children (EPIC). the reason why we made the NGO is that our survey that we conducted before suggested that there are few chances to contribute to this problem. therefore, we decided to establish the NGO which offer casual chances  of contribution to everyone.

we tried to reduce the number of child laborer by following way.
1 spread fairly traded products to Japan.
2 you buy those products a lot
3 increase cacao farmer's earning by such products
4 make situation that farmers have enough money not to make children work in the farm
5 reduce the cumber of child laborer in cacao farms

the NGO's name, EPIC suggest heroic meaning. it means that we contribute to the problem by heroic activities. i hope that everyone become having such heroic mind.

Next, ill introduce the results of survey monkey. everyone who answered our questionnaire has already know about child labor by TV or their classes. They thought that most children work as aglicultual  and domestic worker. contrary to facts, most people answered that there are 50 million child laborers in the world, but actually. there are 150 million working children in the world. then most people thought that they work for economical reason. as a conclusion of the survey, everyone knows about child labor and most people have basic knowledge, but they don't know its details.

then, i summarize the feedback of presentation. many people evaluated our NGO's name. they felt that there are strong messages in our video because we demonstrate words lastly. they surprised actual situations that were different to their answers.
